Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Coverage

Hardware Doorstep delivers to all serviceable pin codes across India (Pan India delivery). Delivery availability is verified at checkout when you enter your pin code. We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Shipping Partners

We ship through Shiprocket, which partners with leading courier services including Delhivery, Ekart (Flipkart), DTDC, and other reliable logistics providers. The courier is automatically selected based on your pin code serviceability and speed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime from the My Orders section or the Track Order page. Real-time tracking updates are provided through our courier partners.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, damaged during transit, or lost, please contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.

7. Important Notes

• Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are accurate. Incorrect details may cause delivery delays or return-to-origin (RTO).
• Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the package.
• For heavy or bulky items, delivery may be limited to the ground floor or building entrance.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect pin codes, incomplete addresses, or natural calamities.
